How to protect your fragile items during shipping

Fragile items can be broken easily during shipping. However, couriers usually don't accept the claim of broken items. Therefore, it's better to make sure you do your best to protect fragile items before sending your packages.

Here are four steps you can do to protect the fragile items.

Choose a right size shipping box.

If the box is too large, items will move around in the box and can be broken easily.

Use soft materials to pack fragile items.

Bubble Wrap

We recommend bubble wraps and air column bags.

If you don't have these shipping supplies, don't worry! You can use any soft materials (clothes, blankets, or towels) to pack fragile items.

Put fragile items in the central of the shipping box.

Make sure there isn't too much empty space left. If you can, try to fill out all the empty space with paper wraps or air bags.

Put a fragile sticker on the shipping box.

This is to remind courier workers the package contains fragile items.
